Loft25 is a prominent UK-based furniture and home décor retailer with a growing presence in the outdoor living space. Their Gardenista line — dedicated to outdoor furniture and décor — represents a key growth segment for the business.
Operating on Shopify, Loft25 partnered with EchoLogyx to modernise the Gardenista product experience and unlock new sales potential.
Objectives
- Enable customers to purchase fully personalised, bespoke products directly through the Shopify store

Challenges

Bespoke Product Configurator Development
EchoLogyx built a standalone product configurator embedded within the Gardenista Shopify store. Customers are guided through a structured series of questions — covering shape, dimensions, filling type, colours, and additional personalisation attributes — with the final price calculated automatically as selections are made.
Critically, the solution also allows customers to add multiple bespoke products within a single session, removing a significant source of drop-off that would otherwise occur if users had to repeat the journey for each item.
Seamless Shopify Integration & UX
The configurator was designed and architected to feel like a natural, branded extension of the existing Gardenista storefront — not a bolt-on or third-party tool. EchoLogyx paid careful attention to the user journey, structuring each decision step to be intuitive and low-effort, guiding customers through personalisation without overwhelming them, and ending with a clear price and a frictionless path to checkout.
