We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and lead multiple client-focused development projects with efficiency and excellence.

Your Journey & Impact

• Collaborate with clients to gather, refine, and document project requirements
• Set task priorities and manage backlogs based on client inputs.
• Allocate appropriate Development, QA, and Design resources for each project phase.
• Track and manage design tasks from requirement gathering to delivery with deadlines.
• Oversee the entire CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) program: from ideation to launch, in coordination with internal stakeholders and the client.
• Deliver consistent and clear status reports outlining progress, blockers, and timelines for all development-related tasks.
• Ensure project milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and clients are kept informed every step of the way.

Education Required

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or related subject from a reputed university.

Experience Required

• 4–5 years of solid project management experience in a software or digital development environment.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects across the development lifecycle – design, development, QA, deployment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, CRO, or SaaS platforms.
